It's possible that your friend's ex may be following you in public, but it's important to consider other possible explanations as well. It could be a coincidence or they may have a legitimate reason for being in the same place as you. It may also be helpful to have a conversation with your friend about the situation to gain more clarity. **

Fascism is a political ideology that emphasizes authoritarianism, nationalism, and the suppression of individual freedoms. It has historically followed periods of social and economic instability, as well as during times of political polarization and crisis. However, the rise of fascism is not inevitable and can be prevented through strong democratic institutions, respect for human rights, and a commitment to pluralism and tolerance. It is important for societies to remain vigilant and actively work to counter the conditions that can lead to the rise of fascism. **

It is possible for strangers to follow you on Instagram when you follow someone, especially if your account is set to public. When you follow someone, it can increase your visibility on the platform, making it more likely for others to discover and follow you as well. To control who follows you, you can adjust your account settings to private, which requires users to send a follow request that you can approve or deny. **

Whether or not you should follow someone back on Instagram ultimately depends on your personal preferences and goals for your account. If you are interested in building a community and engaging with your followers, following them back can be a good way to show appreciation and encourage interaction. However, if you are more focused on curating a specific feed or maintaining a certain follower-to-following ratio, you may choose to be more selective in who you follow back. Consider your own social media strategy and how following someone back aligns with your goals before making a decision. **

People who follow everyone on Instagram are likely looking to gain more followers themselves, so they follow as many people as possible in the hopes of getting a follow back. This strategy is often used to increase their own follower count, rather than because they are genuinely interested in your content. As a result, they may not engage with your posts or be an active part of your community. It's important to focus on building a genuine and engaged audience rather than just chasing numbers. **
